Warranty and Refunds
Ki Motorsport offers a lifetime warranty on all metal based components of our products excluding the following items which includes; fasteners (bolts, screws, washers and nuts), clamps, clips, fittings and any other components which may be easily damaged by the entity installing our products.
Other components which are not warranted includes perishables such as rubber hosing, bushes, gaskets, o-rings, seals and other elastomer-based components.
If there are any issue with the items, please contact us within 30 days of confirmed delivery. We do not accept change of mind returns, if the item is damaged or faulty, please contact us to discuss for a replacement or refund.
Replacements and refunds will be granted from a case by case basis, full refunds will not be offered if any components are visibly damaged or marked from the installation process.
